Totally refurbished early Mark VI standard steel saloon in excellent condition and driving well.
Each of the 5 owners over the last 77 years is identified in the documentation. In the last ten years it has had engine, mechanical and body refurbishment to the value of £27,000. Now in gleaming midnight blue with painted, light grey coachlines, the records show it was originally metallic grey. Internally the light grey leather and woodwork are pleasantly aged and the instruments and controls are original and working well. The chrome is outstanding with the two bumpers having been recently re-chromed. Fitted with Avon tyres, everything is in reasonable condition with some minor bodywork blemishes to be expected for its age. Drives nicely with good gear changes and braking. Comes with copious documentation including original build sheets, receipts and handbook. Historic tax and MoT exempt.
Altogether a correct and characteristically impressive Bentley of the early post-war period, it is for sale on behalf of the owner at a tempting price.
